Feel like it's time to improve your posture ?

Follow us in this one week programme if:

We know we definitely feel like we need this, so we are sharing with you our top videos with the Kalon girls on our app in a 5 Day Posture Challenge.

Try and do these spread out over 7 days, so you have 2 days rest.

Day 1

Take a break from your computer anytime during the day and do: Emma's 90 Second Plank


Morning, lunchtime or evening: Soft Ballerina Cardio Barre for 30 minutes & Stretching & Posture for 15 minutes.

Day 2

Take a break from your computer anytime during the day and do: 5 Minute Dancer's Posture with Renée and Charlène & Posture, Balance and Tone with Emma.


Ideally in the evening: Emma's Nourishing Stretch for 30 minutes

Day 3

Take a break from your computer anytime during the day and do: Jess' 2.30 Minute Plank

Morning, lunchtime or evening: Emma's Posture Workout and 15 minute Posture class

Day 4

Take a break from your computer anytime during the day and do: 3 Minute Plank With Annalisa

Morning, lunchtime or evening: Posture Kalon Barre with Emma

Day 5

Take a break from your computer anytime during the day and do: 4 min plank with Cassie

Morning or lunchtime : Dynamic Pilates Sculpt With Jackie


Ideally in the Evening: Chris' Posture And Meditation

HAPPY MONDAY !☀️

Start your week with Jess at the beautiful Brach hotel in Paris where she will take you through 5 minutes of special tummy flattening techniques.

With a long career on the stage paired with a Pilates and Yoga background, Jess has learnt techniques to locate and tighten the deep core muscles, which she will share with you in this video.

This short class requires a bit of concentration but no equipment or space so it’s absolutely perfect if you have a quick break at work, or even to add to your morning routine.

No equipment is needed.

✨Welcome to the first class of a brand new series filmed at the Brach and the Nolinski hotels in Paris, two iconic establishments of the EVOK Collection.

Over the next few weeks, videos from the series will be published gradually and feature some of your fave Team K coaches such as Emma, Jess, Jolene, Jenny, Ambre and Lasma.

In this first class of the series, join Jess at the glamorous Brach hotel for a fun and dynamic class which will transport you backstage to warm up like a Kalon showgirl.

Class in French.

You will work your whole body in this class with our signature Kalon Barre style moves. You will need absolutely no equipment, not even a barre ! So you can do this workout anytime, anywhere.

As a professional dancer at the Crazy Horse Paris, Jess knows the importance of a proper warm up before going on stage, not only to prepare her muscles but also to give her a boost of energy before a performance ! So follow her lead to give you a boost, any time, any place.

We are delighted to introduce to you a brand new series of videos with Emma and Jess of Team K, filmed at the beautiful and refined Maison du Val Hotel, close to Paris.

These elegant settings will transport you away from your average studio space, immersing you to the glamour of Kalon on tour with our gorge girls. 

For the next 10 weeks, new classes filmed in this location will be published for you to follow. 

All classes with Emma will be in English, and classes with Jess will be in French. Those of you who follow Emma and Jess' classes in Paris will know how skilled they both are at leading you through you through a class using their extensive knowledge of Barre, Yoga and Pilates, and these videos are no different. 

This first class is a perfect 15 minute Kalon Barre class if you only have a short time but want to get a full body workout in. Emma shows you how adding a bit of extra weight can Increase the intensity of your exercises and get you sweating in only 15 minutes.

You’ll need your small hand weights and a chair to hold on to !

Join our fabulous co-founder EMMA for a 30 minute Kalon Barre class that incorporates a few elements of yoga.

For those of you who are familiar with the Kalon method, in this class you’ll recognise many of our signature moves, alternating with some yoga to create that extra length in the body. 

This class is a full body workout, with a emphasis on flow. The aim is to flow from one exercise to another with smooth transitions, so even if it’s soft and low impact it stays cardio!

As dancers, we are often performing twice a night six nights a week, so maintaining a healthy, strong, limber and lean physique is key.

This flowing routine is designed to strengthen and lengthen the muscles, for long lean & sculpted dancer bodies, focusing on the core, hamstrings, hips, and glutes.

Take 30 minutes to enjoy this Kalon Barre class, in French, in which Ambre will guide you through a warm up and full body workout to define, sculpt and strengthen all the muscles of you body.

This practice will help you build strong muscles to help find your balance and be able to workout without any surface to hold onto.

This class is designed to be as fun as effective and challenging, and working specifically on your balance allows you to focus on the present moment, be one with your mind and body and develop a strong conscience of movement.

This workout will help you understand which muscles are active and passive when you are is a situation that requires balance and help you build strength to be able to workout on one foot.

The perfect Friday class: A 15 minute Kalon Barre focus workout with our girl Colombe, to take you through an arms and core series, working on the waist, upper body and arms.

The entire class is done with 500g weights. It’s effective, fast and you will definitely feel the intensity!
