As dancers, we are often performing twice a night six nights a week, so maintaining a healthy, strong, limber and lean physique is key.

This flowing routine is designed to strengthen and lengthen the muscles, for long lean & sculpted dancer bodies, focusing on the core, hamstrings, hips, and glutes.
