The perfect Friday class: A 15 minute Kalon Barre focus workout with our girl Colombe, to take you through an arms and core series, working on the waist, upper body and arms.
The entire class is done with 500g weights. It’s effective, fast and you will definitely feel the intensity!
This class is taught in French but is easy to follow for all.
