Join our fabulous co-founder EMMA for a 30 minute Kalon Barre class that incorporates a few elements of yoga.
For those of you who are familiar with the Kalon method, in this class you’ll recognise many of our signature moves, alternating with some yoga to create that extra length in the body.
This class is a full body workout, with a emphasis on flow. The aim is to flow from one exercise to another with smooth transitions, so even if it’s soft and low impact it stays cardio!
