If you've been taking our classes in Paris, you may already have met our gorgeous Aussie Jenny, an ex professional dancer from the Moulin Rouge and Crazy Horse.

Being a mum of three energetic boys, Jenny really values how important it is to stay physically fit to lead a life that benefits not only herself but the well being of her family.

She is a highly qualified coach in Yoga, Pilates and barre, and has been dancing since she was little girl. She loves the way music gives her an outlet to express herself, and helping others discover movement and lead a healthy lifestyle through dance, cardio fitness and Pilates has always been a passion !

Today Jenny's first video on the app is published, so you can all enjoy her warmth, energy and talent ! 

ABOUT THE CLASS

In this 30 minute fun and creative Kalon class, Jenny guides you through a dynamic warmup, engaging your core, arms and legs focusing on creating blood circulation and flow of oxygen to the entire body.

Next, a toning arm routine with weights building strength and mobility throughout the upper body will ease you into a barre series designed for full body muscle activation and extra focus on creating muscle and endurance with our Pilates ball.

To make this class complete some cardio sequencing to increase cardio levels making it a fun and strong workout all round.

Jackie’s signature Pilates Sculpt class is known for targeting the deep muscles that stabilise your joints, ensuring you keep a healthy, strong body. 

Don’t be fooled by the slow pace, the repetitive lower body exercises are a real burner, and require plenty of willpower to push through them !

Hey Kalon Tribe !

September is usually a very busy month, and you're probably going back to school or starting work again after a well-deserved break over the summer.

So to ease back into that pre-vacay routine (or to start a new one), follow Colombe for a 7 day challenge.

She has selected classes for 15 minutes max per day, including 2 days of stretching for a good rest. 

If you find it difficult to go back to exercising after the holidays, this challenge is for you.

Bonjour ! 🇫🇷

Join Ambre in her 20 minute Kalon Cardio Barre class, in French, where she will guide you through a warm up, pliés and legs workout to develop long, lean muscles.

This class focuses on defining, sculpting, stretching and strengthening your leg muscles from the hips to the toes. It will challenge your stability, balance and mobility and encourage you to engage all the other muscles of you body, particularly your core. 

A great workout to challenge yourself and unlock some new skills to explore further creativity in your Kalon Cardio Barre classes.

Hey Kalon Tribe ❤️

Escape to Venice to the beautiful suite at the Nolinski hotel, for a fun and fabulous showgirl Kalon Cardio Barre class with Emma. 

This workout will really focus on posture, upper back and arms, you’ll then work on sculpting leg exercises at the barre and finally onto mat work where you'll work your core, all with a touch of showgirl glamour.

This is a really well-rounded workout that targets all the major muscle groups.

In this 30 minute Kalon Cardio Barre class, Jolene will guide you through a dynamic warm up, working your upper body, arms and overall posture. 

Once the blood is circulating nicely throughout the body this class will focus on defining and sculpting those deltoid muscles, engaging your scapulars all whist challenging your balance and posture. 

You will also work your leg muscles with this upbeat barre workout, working multiple muscles at the same time for an over all great workout.

Start this 8 day programme to focus on those butt workouts to get you feeling your best self this summer.

We have chosen some of our best "butt & legs focus" videos: each day several workouts combined allow you to work all the muscles that make up our buttocks.

Every second day (days 3 and 6) a short stretching break is set up to allow these muscles to relax.
