September is usually a very busy month, and you're probably going back to school or starting work again after a well-deserved break over the summer.
So to ease back into that pre-vacay routine (or to start a new one), follow Colombe for a 7 day challenge.
She has selected classes for 15 minutes max per day, including 2 days of stretching for a good rest.
