In this 30 minute Kalon Cardio Barre class, Jolene will guide you through a dynamic warm up, working your upper body, arms and overall posture.
Once the blood is circulating nicely throughout the body this class will focus on defining and sculpting those deltoid muscles, engaging your scapulars all whist challenging your balance and posture.
You will also work your leg muscles with this upbeat barre workout, working multiple muscles at the same time for an over all great workout.
