If you've been taking our classes in Paris, you may already have met our gorgeous Aussie Jenny, an ex professional dancer from the Moulin Rouge and Crazy Horse.
Being a mum of three energetic boys, Jenny really values how important it is to stay physically fit to lead a life that benefits not only herself but the well being of her family.
She is a highly qualified coach in Yoga, Pilates and barre, and has been dancing since she was little girl. She loves the way music gives her an outlet to express herself, and helping others discover movement and lead a healthy lifestyle through dance, cardio fitness and Pilates has always been a passion !

ABOUT THE CLASS
In this 30 minute fun and creative Kalon class, Jenny guides you through a dynamic warmup, engaging your core, arms and legs focusing on creating blood circulation and flow of oxygen to the entire body.
Next, a toning arm routine with weights building strength and mobility throughout the upper body will ease you into a barre series designed for full body muscle activation and extra focus on creating muscle and endurance with our Pilates ball.
To make this class complete some cardio sequencing to increase cardio levels making it a fun and strong workout all round.
