If you've taken class with us in Paris, you will already know our girl Emma Beaumont, lighting up the room with her big smile, infectious energy and kind encouragements !

In this video, she joins the app team for the first time to film a 20 minute power barre session, in sneakers, to work out outdoors this summer, with slightly more impact than your regular Kalon Barre class.

A little about Emma:

Canadian born Emma joined the Kalon team in 2024 after a year taking classes as a client and falling in love with the method ! She was already an experienced Barre and Yoga teacher when she joined Team K, but refined her style using the Kalon signature techniques. Her background is more in performance theatre and musicals than classical ballet training, and her big personality and range of movement make her a fun and fabulous coach to take class with !

Quelques mots sur Emma :

Née au Canada, Emma a rejoint l’équipe Kalon en 2024 après avoir passé un an à suivre nos cours en tant que cliente, tombée amoureuse de la méthode ! Elle était déjà une professeure expérimentée de Barre et de Yoga lorsqu’elle a intégré la Team K, mais elle a affiné son style grâce aux techniques signature de Kalon. Issue du monde du théâtre et de la comédie musicale plutôt que de la danse classique, sa personnalité pétillante et sa grande liberté de mouvement font d’elle une coach fun et fabuleuse avec qui prendre un cours !
