Thank you! I hadn’t noticed the search/filters so will try that. I’ve done barre and yoga before so looking forward to combining those.

I’m in my mid-40s now, though, and hear all the advice about how important it is to lift heavier for bone density. But then I also hear barre/yoga teachers say no, bodyweight/light weights is sufficient. What are your thoughts on this conflicting advice?? Thanks x

Hi, I’m just finding my way around the app. Do you produce a suggested weekly schedule of classes each week, for general fitness, or do I just follow one of the different programmes? Thanks
