Start this 8 day programme to focus on those butt workouts to get you feeling your best self this summer.

We have chosen some of our best "butt & legs focus" videos: each day several workouts combined allow you to work all the muscles that make up our buttocks.

Every second day (days 3 and 6) a short stretching break is set up to allow these muscles to relax.
