Sophie JOSEPHINE Yes indeed it doesn't stop you getting a great workout ! But sometimes due to the filming positions (facing front/side), the mirroring effect can be confusing ❤️💋

Sometimes due to the coaches positions during filming it is impossible to always mirror perfectly, particularly when they move to the side :) But as long as you always mirror the coach, it should work out well !
