It involves learning and following combinations that require focus, coordination, and listening to the rhythm of music. As well as a great physical workout it helps release endorphins, improve mood, and support better sleep, which is so important to prioritize these things as well!!While we absolutely agree that lifting heavier weights is important for building strength, ideally you could incorporate it once a week into your routine, even at home, if youโ€™re confident in your technique. Kalon Barre, however, is more well-rounded approach that offers both physical strength and overall wellbeing, and can give you a workout thatโ€™s really fun and alsoย  quite addictive !ย ๐Ÿ˜€
